When I get through with my next full playthrough of the series, the world state I usually play from will be here. This Hawke is the sassy/humorous type and a mage (Spirit Healer with a side of Force Mage as far as specializations go). I usually play it that she cracks jokes and terrible puns because if she's not laughing she's afraid she'll break and never stop crying and she'd rather laugh than cry. Usual RP game pull-point is Here Lies the Abyss in Inquisition, but for our purposes here, I can pull her from any point in her canon. Just EVERYTHING in mind, but as that's a lot I will try to narrow it down to start. I think sparing Loghain would definitely be a feasible possibility for Iona; she hates choosing at ALL (which just adds to the guilt so that's fun), so it's not out of the realm of possibility that she'd spare Loghain.

But things both during the quest and after would be fantastic.

I will gladly do long-term things! /gestures at her progressing storyline with Eldiana Surana. There's also military/warden reasons for sparing him related to rebuilding the only force that really can stop the Blights and most Hawkes are pretty adamant about being left behind. And given some of the things he says in Origins and all of that, he'd be someone decent to talk to about the weight of having to choose to send people to their deaths. So we could do something with that for after?

As for during... I keep thinking back to my playthroughs and all the times I'd wander in and out of that cave in Crestwood or the desert while Hawke and the Warden are just like "?? ?????? what are you doing???" And/or status updates and general "Why is this my life" talks XD

Huzzah! I love long term things, because it's so much fun to see how everything ends up building and developing. Oh god yeah. And Iona would appreciate having a Warden who WASN'T, you know, under the thrall of Corypheus in charge of things. There would definitely be some trust there, already. OOH. Yes, that would be perfect. Because I'm pretty sure between the Nightmare's continual pointed jabs in the Fade and the having to choose to send someone to their death (and all the shit that comes before even going to Adamant) that she's not necessarily in the best of shape afterwards.

Also just shit around Skyhold or out in Thedas somewhere, maybe, since Iona wouldn't just leave him to deal with things on his own, either. (Why do I want them fighting a dragon together?)

LAVELLAN: ALSO ANYTHING. I'm particularly fond of AUs with Lavellan -- she's easy to AU into a situation where she isn't the Inquisitor if anyone is interested in having a Dalish spy in their Inquisition. Particularly interested in threads dealing with her conflicting viewpoints regarding the Chantry, the Dalish, and mages with other companions.
CASSANDRA: In the middle of a canon review for Cassandra, but I don't have anything specific in mind for Cassandra. Except for the bisexual Cassandra agenda -- if you've always wanted your lady Inquisitor to kiss Cassandra I will make all your dreams come true. Also Cassandra/Varric, if you're into that. But also: someone please take the pope out for a day of fun and/or encourage her to not wear her sword under her robes.
FELASSAN: I'm MOST INTERESTED in threading with a Solas, a Solas-romanced Lavellan, or a Briala for what are probably obvious reasons, but if you're interested in having your character run across a weird elven mage who's keeping more secrets than anyone can count I'm extremely down for it. Also AUs where the end of The Masked Empire didn't happen, Felassan showing up mid-Trespasser. Stuff in Arlathan. On the extremely off-chance that someone plays Abelas I'd also be up for a thread of them running into each other, because there's no way that wouldn't be hilarious.

She's highly avoidant and hates feelings and talking about feelings or thinking about feeling feelings.
My Dream CR with Hawke is pretty much anyone from DA2 since I love them all and also missed the boat when those characters were popular. Also threading with Alistair because they have an excellent and depressing roadtrip to be explored. And also Hawke and Cassandra because she wants to bang Hawke and everyone knows it. And maybe Cullen because torturing him is funny.

Inquisitor Rylee "Every Taylor Swift Song": Rylee is a young mage inquisitor who sides with the templars because she's young and foolish about the world and thinks if she can prove she's good and mages are good everything will get better. Until realty gives her a nice kick in the gut during In Your Heart Shall Burn. Basically I'd love to throw her against any members of the Inquisition but especially Cassandra, Josephine, and Cullen.

Iona is snarky as all hell, but she’s also damn compassionate. She has no time for racist-against-elves bullshit, though. Too busy trying to keep her head above water with this whole SAVE THE WORLD shit. Not what she expected when she rolled up to the Conclave.

She doesn’t quite know what to make of this whole ‘Herald of Andraste’ business, either. But she tries. Because just because it doesn't make sense to HER it obviously means something to other people. (And given that Haven got blown up hope is kind of important. Even if it is WEIRD being the Herald of fucking Andraste). So she does her best.

Even if her best comes along with snarky comments. A LOT of snarky comments.

So I know that all we technically know about her is that she's Cullen's sister and his youngest sibling. But there's something incredibly fun about playing around with a character like that and seeing what comes of it. What she becomes and develops into. WHICH IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO

CHARACTERS MOST WANTED: EVERYONE. But a Cullen, obviously, and everybody else. Let Rosalie meet her brother's co-workers compatriots. Let her get into trouble. get THEM into trouble. Let her flirt with them. Let them flirt with her. Let her get involved with someone.

Rowan Guerrin/Theirin


Rowan fucking Guerrin is fucking badass and was done wrong by canon. She deserved so much more. AND HAVE I MENTIONED THAT MINOR CHARACTERS WHO ARE AMAZING AND THEN DIE ARE SORT OF MY JAM? Because they are. Especially ones that have been done horribly wrong by their canon. And I adore her. She’s fabulous and deserved so much better than Maric.

She is available in multiple canon points. There's the younger Stolen Throne canon point/early Queenhood Rowan (this journal), and the older Queen Rowan (nothisbutfereldens)


CHARACTERS MOST WANTED: EVERYONE. I would love to explore her relationships with her close canonmates, and play around with what would have happened had she lived. Or had Maric died instead. How would things change? Basically I want to explore everything.
